About Me

Following a diverse career in sales and communications in the UK and abroad, I decided to train as a counsellor. Moving into counselling felt like a natural next step, allowing me to bring the experience I had built up in forging connections, understanding others’ needs, and creating trusting relationships to focus on helping people in a deeper and more meaningful way.
I approach therapy with a blend of empathy, insight, and understanding. I bring my own personal journey as a wife, mother to four now adult children, daughter, sister and friend offering what I believe to be a powerful blend of real life experience with a solid theoretical training. I specialise in working with individuals, offering a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and life’s challenges.
My own experience of seeking therapeutic support has had a profound influence on my practice; I understand what it feels like to be uncertain, overwhelmed, or disconnected – and how good it feels to feel truly heard and understood. I am committed to making the therapeutic process as accessible as possible, extending a warm welcome and a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their strict Codes of Ethics, ensuring that you receive the highest standard of care.
Therapy can be out of reach for many as the costs can be high; I want to help as many people as I can and my fees reflect this. Please contact me to find out more.
